Website design software

Hey everybody! First post!

I'm pretty new to website design and I'm looking for a program with specific features. I don't know wether it exists or not but here it goes.

I'de like to be able to edit my own text, be it HTML or CSS. And as I'm editing it I'de like to see it the way it would look as an actual website. Maybe thats a common feature but I haven't been able to find a program with it yet.

Anything you guys can suggest would be awesome. Thank you!

Microsoft Expression, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Muse, Wordpress. There's a ton of options.

Then you just need a web server or domain to upload it to.

Notepad++ and a browser. That's all you need. If you're only doing html/css, there's no need to throw your code on a server to view the changes. If you've got backend stuff to test (php, python, ruby, etc.) You could install XAMPP. Pretty painless to setup.
