Website filtering program

Ok, here is what I need: A program where I can select what kind of content on a site is blocked, and when that filter is set off, that the screen it gives you wont say something like "This website has been blocked" "Blocked by parental control" etc. It should look like the page was unable to load. Additionally, the program should be able to start up on its own, AND secretly. In a nutshell, I want a completly secret filter. And free please Thanks much!

Great, so many choice for parental control software. Well, i have another one to add that Amac Keylogger, a kind of keylogger for mac. I mention this one here just because my uncle have been using it for his company supervision and he said it works good.
