website won't load

so I was over at my grandmoms yesterday tryin to help her out with her comp and pages won't load in ie of ff but they'll load in her juno (thats a email thing that she uses) and she has comcast and is runing mcafee so I'm goin back to her house 2day to help her out more with it and was just wonderin if anybody knew what was wrong
