It`s about an Asus L3500Tp, the problem is in starting.
When I start the laptop it starts the fans doesn`t post and then stops, only a few tries later it starts the green start LED and then it boots, sometimes without the fan but the fan gets later on.
its really weird how it sometimes starts and sometimes not, and once it is up and running everything is completely fine, I am writing this thread from it.
I want to fix it because it would be a perfect laptop for my dad`s intensive solitaire sessions
, and surprisingly the old pentium 4 is actually a decent thing to browse the internet from as long as its not filled with ads.
P.S.: I just reinstalled windows XP on it today, so that wasn`t a problem.
Maybe a weird BIOS thing?
