hey guys....so i tried to do some work to my website last night ( http://www.yourpolk.com ) and i have this weird block or something on my IP i guess? I could not login ftp/cpanel/or the website from my computers at home, i went to work and i logged right on...and my host says everything is fine, theres no blocks from them? what would prevent me from logging in? i went to domain tools and theres some kind of blacklist sorbs.net (spam co.) my ip is in their IP intervals, would that make a difference? i looked up other fastnext.com websites and i can't connect to any of them? something with nameservers? no firewalls are up and i can view any other sites...i have no clue what's going on, any help would be great, thanks!

Do you have a dynamic or static IP? If it's dynamic it will change and you should be fine, that is... if it's youre IP. It you have a static IP call your ISP and explain to them the situation and ask them to assign you a new IP address.

Are you sure you entered your DNS right?

It usually looks like this:

dns1.yourdomainname.com
dns2.yourdomainname.com

I don't get something, you're pointing your DNS to a .gif URL?

EDIT: nevermind lol I got it :P

If you are using Cpanel, they check what's the IP of your computer on which you usually log on, probably the problem...

Are you using any firewall? router?
