weird file

hI.

I have two hard drives in my computer.
For some reason, it crashed and my friend installed Windows Vista on the first hard drive for me.

On the second hard drive, there is this file called "BOOTSECT.BAK"

When I remove that second hard drive, Windows Vista does not boot.

I want to use that hard drive for Ubuntu...

What should I do?

Try copying the file over to C:\Windows I guess, otherwise do a re-install of Vista on the drive you use for Ubuntu.
