S smajer New Member Aug 10, 2009 #3 Hello, This should be a legit folder, the full name should be MPEG4E VFW - H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codec. This usally comes installed with codec packs or programs installing this for media. You can scan it ot be sure, but I'm pretty sure its legit.
