weird vista problem, help plz!!

I guess you should download and install Malwarebytes and Glary Utilities run it. Or if you can't use your computer to open anything Re-install the OS as a fresh start. Much better to use COMODO ANTIVIRUS SECURITY it's free also.
 
Yeah I agree with lulumara Maleware Bytes and a fresh OS install would be a wise idea if you can. The damage would appear to be have done so it is ALWAYS a good idea to format after a major issue like that.

It ensures its 100% gone and all files are put back to normal.

Also I run AVG Free and Comodo Firewall....I run spybot/maleware bytes and a AV scan every week with my normal defrag/registry sweep.
 
Agreed.

I would never trust my PC after a violation like that.

The ones that take over the OS and not allow it to
even open an .exe? Forget it. I would reinstall and
I would make sure to install the Antivirus immediately
after reinstalling your OS.
