Weird Windows Problem!?!?

I'm having a weird problem with any running application on WinXP. The problem is that when I have 2 windows running (eg. Firefox, and MSN Messenger) whenever I move my mouse pointer over one of them, it becomes automatically active. This really gets annoying especially when I want to talk to people on messenger because as soon as the pointer comes off the conversation window the windows "loses focus". Does anyone know what i'm talking about and how to fix it?

This is an option set on your graphics card, go to your graphics card options/preferences and this can be changed on thier.

Yea, thats window focus. Do you have TweakUI installed? If so, their is an option under mouse; X mouse. uncheck the box and accept.
