I have been having a weird problem ever since I got this used Dell E171FP for $75 with no damage accept for a tiny dark spot.
The problem is that I am having a ghosting-like problem. But its not ghosting. As you can see by this picture, it shows up in my print screen.

Red lines is where its bad for this instance (My itunes) but it shows up everywhere.
The problem has been getting better because made the refresh rate higher. But its still annoying.
NOTE: It shows the light copy thing on my mouse to.
What is this and any way to fix this?
