Well I finally finished building/installing my new computer!!!

And damn... this thing is sick:

Intel E6600 2.4, and 2 Gig Ram

A few questions now...

What temp should my CPU be at??? It seems to hover around 44'C, is that good?

How Often do I need to defrag?

How often should I clean out the dust from the inside of the computer?
 
My E6600 while under no load just surfing the web and stuff like music it never goes above 40. which is pretty cool I belive
