i really didn't know where to post this so i did it here i just built a new comp and every time i start it up its that energy star bios screen and it takes like 30 minutes to recognize my ram and cpu and all on the screen which it should only take about 5 min to completely boot up cna anyone help me with this i also downloaded all the drivers and everything

Is this a new build or a recent problem? Typically, when a system hangs around the POST screen, it's drive related.
Try to run without any drives and see if it speeds the process up(at least to the no boot error) Then try your HD and see if it's still faster. I know I had a similar problem with a Western Digital drive. The PATA drives were very picky about their jumper settings.
