Were to buy custom cases?

Okay, I know of a few custom case manufacturer like danger den, and mountion mods, that's it. Now, I would like a completely custom case on a low budget ($150, not so low budget getting a case from cm, antec, etc.), like were I email somebody and ask what I want. Also, alternatives to mm and dd would be appreciated.

Performance PCs, xoxide, and frozencpu have some custom cases. Otherwise, such as mountain mods, you have to go through the company. Theres also case labs which are amazingly nice but they are expensive.

you could make up a case yourself. It's not that difficult, and a lot cheaper.
