Western Digital 3.5" WD1600AAJS or Toshiba 2.5" MK1059GSM for primary hard drive

Hello I'm reinstalling windows on a new drive because my old drive has died :(
anyway I have two a wd and a toshiba.

Does anyone know which one is better for performance so I can install windows on that drive and have the other drive for backup and data

also i'm using a 2.5 to 3.5 rack on inside so dont worry ;)
 
WD's are more dependable then Toshiba drives. So not sure how you want to proceed. I wouldn't use Toshiba at all
