WGA wont let me log in

My pc says windows is not genuine AS I have no reason to believe it isnt but U did get the computer from someone who new nothing about it. Anyways, I cant even log into window to do anything about it. I try to lod in and then it asks me if id like to resolve then it goes back to log in screen. any help would b nice

you need to either reinstall xp with a legit copy of windows or enter a legit key to continue
