What 1366 Mobo Should I Get?

I am building my first pc and I have picked out/on order but I am unsure of what mobo I should get. I feel that I am going to buy the wrong one. I have been planning on buying the Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 but now that Gigabyte is going to be refreshing that model in 1-2 months I feel like I am going to be making a bad buy.

I have been saving and waiting to buy my components since January so I can't really wait any longer.

Any suggestions? Will I regret buying the Gigabyte mobo?

Also I am looking for:

A very stable board
Great cooling
SLI
Long life
max $300

You won't be disappointed, as long as you stick with a major brand.

Gigabyte boards are known to be quality parts. No worries there.

Some other choices:
Foxconn Renaissance

Foxconn FlamingBlade

EVGA E758-A1 3-Way SLI

ASUS P6T Deluxe V2

There's lots for under $300

I know that everything gets outdated so quickly but do you think it would be worth buying a cheap mobo to get me going then update to the newer Gigabyte EX58A UD5 that is supposed to come out the end of August and sell the cheaper mobo? I am kind of getting the idea that this is just crazy talk and a wast of my time and money. What do you think?

Also the new Gigabyte mobo is supposed to come with a bunch of software that is new, do you think that it will be available for the current board (this will not influence my buy, I am just wondering)?

I know the new x58 chipset runs cooler than previous versions, but most of the enthusiasts that buy these new i7 mobos want to OC and ive read that a lot of people are having heat problems with their chipsets. I dont want 2 search around for extra cooling and pull my mobo apart, i want 2 find a mobo with some serious copper cooling , with a couple of heatpipes and i can't find one.

My X58 SLI has a fan on the Northbridge and I've never had a heat issue.
The VREG has s heatsink.

I'd have to say it depends on the board, whether it has active or passive cooling.

X58 doesnt run as hot as my 790i, and evga redesigned the cooling when switching to X58, much better cooling on the boards there. If you think you wanna go watercooling in the future though...id go with the foxconn bloodrage, as it comes with a copper/brass waterblock already in the box. As well as an aluminum pot for apparently dry ice or ln2 runs.

i was thinking of goin with the GA-EX58-EXTREME, not because of the tri-sli (bonus), because of the chipset cooling, it come with a water block and extra heatsinks. I was thinking of the rampage gene ii, which looked like it OCed very well, but if i end up needing to buy extra cooling, i will need 2 find a heatsink for the chipset which will not get in the way of the cpu cooler and find a cooler for the mosfet. I'd rather pay a bit more money to avoid any problems.

The foxconn bloodrage has excellent northbridge cooling, and that is before you even add the included fan to the northbridge. Lots of reviews showing that;)

The NB block is sweet, but the LN2 pot is more of a gimmick. From the pots I've seen at XS, I don't think you would want to use the Bloodrage pot for LN2 runs. It looks to be way inadequate.

Yeah, prolly better suited towards dry ice, but still comes for free nonetheless:P Plus getting it too cold..and X58 prolly coldbugs.
