Whats really wrong with my Radeon HD 2600xt?

(heres the specs)

Am i just being retarded or is there something im overlooking?
 
Nothing actually! I saw the other thread where someone unexpectedly threw in a bad comment there without ever having run the card and probably never ATI models. I run the MSI Diamond version of the same model card without any dissatisfaction.
