What am I doing wrong?

I can't seem to get my old setting back. I had to reformat my HD and re-install Windows Media Edition. What I want is for the screen saver to com on after 10 minutes of inactivity and then for the monitors to turn off but not the hard drive if another 10 minutes of inactivity passes. Attached are the settings that I thought I had right, but nothing happens no matter how much time passes.

Sometimes wireless mouse/keyboard can do that.
If you have one try and move it from out of range for the 10 min or change sttings to 1 min if you don't want to wait long :)

Well, I'll be...I restarted Widows and moved the mouse out of range, the screen saver came on as it should. Bring the mouse back locked out the screen saver from coming on. I repeated this. I guess I will need to get in the habit of removing a battery from the mouse when I plan to be away from my computer for awhile. Funny thing, it wasn't this way before I re-installed XP Pro. Thanks.

You could just turn off the monitor when you leave. I watch a lot of movies and what not, so the screen saver can be annoying for me.
