What anti virus programs to get

Hey guys I am about to reformat my computer but I need to know what are the best anti virus and anti spyware programs as well as other programs useful in keeping your computer clean

For anti-virus, get either AVG or Avast!. Both are free.
For anti-spyware, Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware both should be used. Both are free.
To block known bad websites, get SpywareBlaster. It's free, too.
