What are the default settings for matching destination formatting in word 2003?

i am using word 2003 and these days i have to cut and paste a lot. every time i do that, a small popup appears, and as i always need to match the text with destination formatting, i have to choose that among the options. its very irritating and time consuming. can anyone tell me about the default settings for matching the copied text with destination formatting so that I don’t have to choose from that pop up again and again. i have tried to search it on the net but they all tell about these settings for word 2007 and not for 2003. I NEED IT FOR 2003

Use a raptor 10k rpm drive in your system and install office to there. To speed up the computer, keep memory blank something not completely.

there is an option in 2007 to save as (make compatible with older ver).
