What are the symptom's??

I think my MoBo is burned out or something. However, I'm not 100% sure if this is the issue. The problem is that when I start up the computer the screen is completely black. This happen after I restarted my computer after it froze.

I think it might be the MoBo because 1) I've tried switching between my old and new CPU with the same problem. 2) " " between my old HD and new HD and nothing. 3) My video card is not that old. So can anyone fill me in on what the symptoms of a burned out MoBo are?? :confused:

it could be anything, without more information its hard to say. and dont rule out the video card just because its new
 
Use onbord video, if still happens, make sure cpu and HSF is tight and everything is plugged in (4pin connector? 6pin video card?) Try reseating the RAM or try another stick.
