What are these drivers?

Did a look around my device manager today, and I found this:

These are the two under "other devices."

What could these be? The only USB device I have plugged in my computer currently is my keyboard, and my mouse is plugged into my USB ports on my keyboard. Any idea? Where are these ports located? Thanks.

Click on the details tab and give me the screen shot for each device.

And the only thing I have in a PCI slot is my sound card, which is working properly. My GPU is AGP.

Forgot to ask but what motherboard and what OS are you running?

And 64-bit Windows 7 Professional.

The one on the left is your Creative Labs SB Audigy MIDI/Game port, which if you don't use, driver isn't needed. However, the other one, is the midi port address and can be disabled. Actually I don't think either of these are supported by windows 7.
