what can be removed?

these are the processes on my roommates slow computer. I know of most of the things i can take off, but could someone let me know what is safe to remove and what needs to stay.

You don't want to remove many services, but mainly just startup items, in the "startup" tab. I will give you a tip: get rid of McAfee and get a free Anti-Virus program that doesn't take up so many resources, like AVG Free Edition.

whoop, i think i actually tuned my first not my own computer. I swrewed around enough and think i really helped my roommates computer.

Prob not much of a feat, but im glad im learning
