What can happen to my pc?

I just came accross this site and I now realize some things about my pc. I have some questions now that I am looking into playing some pc games. I got this pc, a Gateway GT5034 with the 22" monitor and I upgraded the video card to an ATI X1600 PRO 512mb PCIE. I have had no real issues as of today, but I see that my power supply is a tad inadequate. The card requires 350w and my pc has 300 in it. Will this cause aproblem? If so what type of power supply should I get?

Is this pc adequate for new games like FEAR and Crysis? Is the card up to the challenge? I bought this on the salesmans opinion.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
If your seeing no problem I would not worry about it! If you had a DVD rom- DVD burner- 2 hard drives and 3 case fans it might be a problem

Thanks for the replies, This pc does have a DVD burner and DVD rom but only 1 HD. I'm just wondering what I can damage if I don't upgrade. Oh well, if it isn't broke don't fix it......right?
