AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.4 GHz
8gb DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6550D Graphics

If you need anything else tell me, and what would be the best thing to upgrade?

So what type of games would i be able to run, and at what settings? :D (Mostly new games: Skyrim, bf3, mw3 etc.)

I'm guessing this is a pre-built machine? You got a computer with AMD's new APUs, which is a CPU with a graphics card built in. Good for light/medium games and HD viewing. For gaming, best bet would be to add a separate graphics card, but that would seem kind of pointless since the CPU you have was made for the video to be run from the CPU.

what are the exact specs?

And you may be able to upgrade to play well in the gaming world, but it wont be cheap by any means. Since its prebuilt, you will need a new PSU, guaranteed.

Not telling us the power supply, but you will have to replace it no matter what. Other than that, pretty good. A lot of RAM, quadcore APU. But I'm not sure how well that APU will fair just as a CPU in gaming if you upgrade the video card?

What is the most you can spend on this?

That's one example. You would get much better framerates with this setup. And you could up the video card as much as you want because that power supply has plenty of power for a single video card. Just depends on how much you wanna spend and how high of settings you want to play at.

But once again, I don't know how good these APUs would be in games just as the CPU.

Check the Case and MOBO slot's dimensions to see if they fit. As for OCing, I recommend the Hyper 212 EVO Cooler for CPU.

You can not OC it. It is a locked BIOS system from HP. About the only real changes you can make in the BIOS is time, Boot order, and disable some devices or features (disable cool and quiet if it is enabled).

Otherwise, A good GPU and Good PSU and you will have taken it as far as you can stock.
