what can i take stuff off my add and remove programs?

there is soo much crap on my old laptop its a hp pavillion zd 8000
basiclly i want to litterally remove things i dont need for the computer to run
i dont need picture editing software and photoshop microsoft word/works ect ect just so my computer will run that way it frees up more space cause it only has a 75 gig hardrive so ya lol

im gunna write a list of exactly whats on there and please tell me what to remove

i removed some things allready and added others so i wont list i will just put down what i dont know so please help!

how about keep this and delete all the rest or uninstall.

keep 'synaptics pointing device driver
texas instruments pcIxx2/x515 drivers

keep the 1st ac-97 audio
2nd data fax
don't know what flashfxp is.

delete hp if ya don't use it.
keep windvd intervideo
if ya delete java it will show up again on windows update
drivers 2nd and 3rd from bottom and think that will work. these
were the ones i mentioned above.
