My current system specs are as follows:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghz 800Mhz Processor
Geforce FX 5200 Graphics Card
2MB DDR2 RAM
160GB S-ATA Harddrive


What leading games will run smoothly or without any problems on this system?

Not many if any I'm afraid; your system will bottleneck because the graphics card is sub-par. For about £60 you can get a 7600GT or for £70 an 8600GT which would be much better.
