What card should i get?

I need more sata ports for more hhds. 2 extra ports will be enough.. What kind of card should I get? I have 1 pciex1 and both PCI slots open. Want the cheapest way to go, but don't want it to be super slow either.. And I can't remember what the compatibility issues between sata 1,2 and 3 are, if any. Or if I need to get a particular speed for this board or what...Will any of these work? Does my board work with pcie 2.0? I just don't want to order the wrong thing because of being in a hurry and a simple oversight..

It's been less then 24 hours... Plus I thought I pressed send while in class earlier.

First and third look good. Your motherboard should support them. PCI devices are backwards compatible as of what I've read..

0.o I definitely was in a class early and submitted a response as well and it never showed. It was before the OP was edited as my attempted post was trying to clarify the question.
