What Cloud ?

I have been driving myself nuts trying to find a new cloud for backup. I have been with one outfit for a couple of years and they are hopeless, I have actually lost so called backed up files and their customer help is dreadful. I have been reading reviews most of the day and I am frazzled and no further forward.

I am looking for a reliable backup that has automated backup scheduling, I only need up to 100 - 200 GB of space dor docs, pictures, videos and importantly thunderbird email files and I want reliable customer support. I have seen several that probably do fit the bill but they are too expensive offering more space and services than I need. My needs are very simple, automated scheduling, up to 200 GB of space max', reliable service and good customer support.

Any recommendations ?

I understand you said cloud backup, but what stopping you from backing up to an external drive? Just the thought of transferring all that data would take forever.
 
Crashplan. $5/month for unlimited storage for home users
Crashplan Pro is $10/month for the same thing but is meant for business.
