I am having 2 problems that may or may not be related. On IE8, sometimes when I start it, the address bar and favorites bar isnt on it. That happens about every other time.
Problem 2 is happening with netflix instant watch. I have run it on the IBM before without any problem, but recently the audio plays normal, and the video comes out like a slide show, one frame at a time. I have tried updating the video driver, flash player, and silverlight, and that didnt help. Also tried using Google chrome, to no avail.
Now, is this a XP-IE8 compatibilty thing, or do i need a better laptop (awaiting return from repair)?? could it be that the roughter (?? spelling)(54mbps) isnt fast enough??
ill post later if it is any better with the ethernet cable attached.
