what cpu cooler is better?

I have to coolers im trying to determine which is better short of wasting more thermal paste.

would a 3 pipe cooler with a 120mm fan better or a cooler with about 4 pipes and a like 60mm or something fan be better?



 
well model number is in the pic for one. the other one i dont really have a model number for.

the first one is a rosewill RCX-Z4 moves 32.2 - 67.5 CFM. maybe more maybe less had to change the fan. I wont be using the fan speed controller.

the other one is like a stock cooler. its not the exact one in the pic. the one i am currently using is a thermaltake something

I'd probably take the top one but that's just from looking at it. Also, the stock cooler never did anyone any large favors.

Both look fairly crappy.
 
The first one,Can you shove an additional 120mm fan on it?

Second cooler like quite stock-ish to me.

Personally id just get a new one,If you want to keep the cost down something like an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2.
