What do I need to upgrade?

Hi all,

I like to game on my desktop, but the new generation of games I can barely run. I can almost get around 60 fps on CS:GO, and on APB: Reloaded I get a non-consistent 30-45 fps...

I am junior in highschool, so money is tight... I was wondering if any tech savvy individual could possibly guide me in the right direction of new pieces to get for my old rig?

Well, without having to build a totally new machine, your only option would be to upgrade video card. What is the make and model of the power supply you are using though. Whats your budget?
 
Things like CSGO are more CPU dependent and you should have higher-than-that FPS on CSGO with a 6870/6850.

If you could find a comparable Xeon with higher clock speed then that'd be a better bet, but it really depends on what you play as far as CPU or GPU upgrade.

What motherboard or PC model are you using?
