im trying to figure out what my memory is set at in my bios. i've got (2) gigs of corsair installed.

my bios says this:

memclock index value 400 mhz
cas # (tlc) 3
tras 8t
tracd 3t
trp 3t
trc 16t
trcf 18t
trwt 5t
twr 3t
1t/2t 2t

my ram is 2-3-3-6

according to the FAQ, the numbers are cas-trc-trp-tras-cmd. but that's five items, i only have four. what is 2-3-3-6?

thanks

Yours is set to 3-3-3-8

EDIT: Set 1T/2T to 1T
EDIT: Did you overclock your CPU, change RAM option to AUTO, reboot, then access bios again and set to 400MHz and change the 1T/2T to 1T, it should be at 2-3-3-6 now (reboot and check)

the only oc'ing i did was with AIboost from ASUS, however, i've shut that off and set OC to standard in the bios. my memclock is still 400mhz, and i changed to 1t. nothing has changed, it's not 2-3-3-6. but im still confused.....you said im 3-3-3-8. what do these numbers represent?

sorry,i was wrong...the following has changed...trc from 16t to 11 and trcf from 18t to 14t

It says here that it's running at 3-3-3-8, XMS stock should be 2-3-3-6

Here is the link that says what is latency: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAM_latency

EDIT: 1T/2T to 1T, as you said, you have changed that, it gives your RAM a performance boost

Try manually set to 2-3-3-6
