Click to expand... yep. thats all you need to start out with. you might want to consider buying some antivirus software, but you can get some good free ones. once you get everything running, you will need to install all of your drivers

Click to expand... well, i use avg, and have heard that avast is a good one too. AVG AVAST if you would like more info on some others, i would suggest starting a post in the computer security forum.
