Do you mind building one? for $1,400 you don't even know what kind of computer you can get. That is a nice pc but for the price and its not "top of the line" parts..
 
IMO, you probably don't need 4GB RAM in most of the cases.
GPU should get soming supporting DX10. Suggesting 8800GTS 320MB min. if you gaming.
Windows vista, I tends to select the 64bit one.
Also, no idea which MB they are using. Can't comment on it.
 
Except for Windows Vista, your PC is pretty good, only you seem to get overpriced parts... for 1400$, I'm sure you can find better video cards.
 
Definitely put the 1400 towards parts and throw it together yourself (its real easy) you can get a much better performing machine for that money.
