Ok i'm going to rebuild my computer because it is out of date.
I'm thinking about getting this stuff below, tell me if you think its junk and i should get something else or w/e. thanks

I really want performance at low value, and I don't now hardly anything about intel so im lost at picking out a mobo/ proc, was looking at the e6600 tho.

im keeping my 7950gt oc vcard

also my budget for ram/proc/mobo is right a 350usd
 
What is the interface on your video card? Is it PCI-E or AGP?

I just built a similar system using XP 6000, Biostar MB and GSkill RAM and I am please with price/performance so far. Core 2 might be slightly better, but the Newegg CPU/RAM deal is unbeatable IMO.
