What do you guys think of this system?

im currently in the processes of building a new system, mainly for gaming, so this is what im thinking,

Seagate 320GB SATA II Hard drive 16mb cache

Asus M2N – SLI Deluxe

AMD 5600+ Dual Core

1gb corsair ddr2 ram (get another 1gb later)

thats basically all i have so far, i still have no idea on what graphics card to buy, what do u guys think?
 
They're thermally effecient because they run at lower clock speeds but the MIPS (Millions of Instructions per Second) number is higher then a Pentium 4 say.

i no this is off topic but what do u think of ur Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB ive been lookin at cards and that is one of them i had my eye on

The 8800GTS is better by far...for starters, the 8800GTS is a DX10 card. If you don't want to spend that much, Nvidia is releasing new DX10 cards soon.
 
Yeah, I'd also say to go with the Intel 6400, and a gf 8800gts, their very good, and still not in the highest price range.

I like the X1950 Pro and it doesn't exactly break the bank. Then again, my old computer had an nVidia FX5200 in...
