i don't know the psu brand... reviews don't seem to positive about it. I would change it.
And the proc, i would at least get a 4200, if possible one in the 6xxx range

MB: Get a P35 chipset, e.g. GA-P35-DS3R. Better overclocker.
CPU + GPU: CPU may be the bottleneck of the performance of GPU. Get a better CPU.
RAM: Get Patriot Extreme Performance i2 x1GB DDR2 800 CL4 you don't mind MIR
PSU: I would rather get Antec earthwatts EA500/ Rosewill RP500-2 and spend money on CPU.

CPU is too lowly for the GFX. I'd say E4300 and HD3870.
