Many people are having problems with the file in that it causes your computer to freeze at startup or some computers just restart automatically and loop loading and then restarting.

Is this the problem you are having?

Dont be worried if it seems your PC stops on that file when booting in safe mode, that happens on mine, it will sit on Mup.sys for about 5 minutes, just sitting there, doing nothing, only in safemode though. It is loading though, its not bad, its just doing.... something, but it works.... give it time
