What do you think of my build?

I am a newbie planning on building a Media Center computer, my first build, and I want to make sure that my components will all work together. And there are a few items I have yet to decide on and I'd like some advice on making a choice. Here is what I have in mind:

I plan to use the computer as a Media Center: watching and recording TV & DVDs, storing/sorting my music, photos and movies (for iPod and PSP), some gaming, etc. I plan for it to last a while so I want it to be upgradable, ie parts such as the MOB and processor to be top of the line so i dont have to replace them in a year. My budget is approx $2000 but that isnt set in stone.
 
I would go with the E6600...I couldn't compare the mobos because one of the links gave me a gigabyte model...but generally Asus makes good boards...


Everything else looks good...

BTW, do you have a PSU...you don't have one listed up there...
 
Out of those boards, the evga is definitely superior. And the prices aren't that much higher. Only thing I see that's a big high are the graphic cards except the GTX.
