Will this work fine?

Case:

Coolermaster HAF 922 Case with Window .

Motherboard + Processor + CPU Cooler bundle:

Gladiator Intel i3 530 @ 4.2GHz Overclocked Gaming Motherboard Bundle.
Intel i3 530 @ 4.2GHz, Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Micro-ATX Motherboard, 4GB (2x2GB) G.SKill RipJaw 1600MHz C8 DDR3 RAM, Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler.

PSU:

Arianet Black 800W "High Efficiency Gaming PSU" ATX
80plus, Dual 12V Rails, 2 x SATA, 2 x 6 Pin PCIe, 1 x 4 Pin 12V ATX, 12cm Silent Fan

This is around £450~500. What do you think?

I think you can do better for the price, though an OC'd i3 on water would be pretty awesome to see. They can hit some crazy high speeds.

I'd say spend a bit less on the case and more on the CPU/Mobo. If you're going t live with the IGP for a while, I'd suggest grabbing an AMD rig instead...the HD4200/3300 both kick the piss out of the I3's IGP. Also, the i3 530, which is a dual core(with HT), is about the same price as the cheaper Phenom II x4's, which are quads.

Well now im thinking of getting the
Cooler Master Storm Scout Gaming Case SGC-2000-KKN1.

It looks cool and is great for LAN parties.

It also has just about anoth room for a water cooling unit too :)

Ill be getting it all from Aria so 1 cost of £474.08, Witch i think is pritty desent for a mid gaming unit over clocked.
 
Avoid that PSU...it's definitely not all it's cracked up to be. (all four +12V rails put together only equal 624W, which falls very short of the 800w claim)
