I have a collection of movies compressed in RMVB format,because of the compression the quality of the video of movie has decreased.My question is can I get the same quality as before if I again extract it to it initial format?
I dont think so.. the data once lost cant be recovered im afraid. (however,. Maybe you should try it nevertheless, maybe it works,.. but like said, i really doubt it will )
