what does these specs mean

I have a ati readon xpress series 1100 graphics card onboard...
in the properties tab its shoes following...

Ati radeon xpress 1100
bios info: BK-ATI VER008.050I.048.002

total available graphics memory : 831mb
dedicated video memory: 128 mb
system memory: 0 mb
shared system memory: 703 mb

I can understand upto bios info...
but what r other specs for....
what memory is available when i play games...
how to increase frame rate in my games....
 
your not really going to be able to increase your framrates over what they are now. 1100 is onboard and its not very good. it looks like you have a laptop so you cant put a gfx card in there.
