I just started up my just finished PC. I get this message at the start.

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Existing Intel Boot Agent
No bootable Device--insert boot disk and press any key.

What could be causing this?

do you have a windows disk inserted into the CD/DVD drive?

It basicly means the pc doesnt have found anything he can startup (boot) :)

PXE is the network boot agent trying to boot off the network.

the second thing is pretty much what archangel said. Either your hard disk is not configured properly, or if it was working previously your OS or disk could have failed.
