What does this memory fit?

That is the product ID or something I think, specific to that particular stick of/pack of memory.

Does it not have a brand logo or name on it, and either <number>MHz (for example 800MHz, 1066MHz) or PC<number> (eg PC6400)
 
Its 240 pin DDR2 667 2GB stick in a 4GB (2x2gb) config. It fits all Socket AM2 motherboards and LGA775 with DDR2 Support.
