what fan/heatsink to get

Whats a good fan or heatsink for a pentium D processor, i want something that will keep it alot cooler then stock cooling, also if it would work on a core 2 duo cpu too that would be great. And a good cooling device for a graphic card (most likely a 7300gt or a 7600gt)

Any suggestions? (links would be appreciated) no water cooling please

whats your socket type? i just got a zalman cnps9500 and it dropped my idle temps by about 15 degrees celcius. but that was coupled with a new case, poor air circulation in your case will kill your heatsink's ability to dissipate heat.
