What file in windows ME holds the start menu looks

i am using resource hacker to change the look of microsoft windows me to look more like windows xp but i don't know what exe, dll the start menu bitmap is in and i tried to look online to fined a software that changes windows 9x to look like xp but the all fail. so i want to do it my own way but i don't to spend a lot of time looking into 500mb of windows me files to look for the right file. So can someone help me please. :confused::o:(:eek:
 
I think the file is called "explorer.exe".
Look for BITMAP value in Resource Hacker.

By the way make sure you make a copy of the original file FIRST before you change anything in the case you screw up something.
And if that happens,you might not be able to recopy the original "explorer.exe" file back to it's original path location WITHIN Windows ME anymore.So in order to do that you will need to do it using some external operating system which can be loaded from the CD-ROM disk such as Linux Ubuntu.
