what fits..

If you have a full size case you can fit any motherboard in there.

Are you wanting to keep the same socket for the CPU and graphics card...

Do you have any information about your motherboard, I can't find any, like what socket is it, DDR or DDR2, AGP or PCI-e?

So you want a different motherboard that will allow you to keep all your current hardware?

I don't see why, it won't make much of a difference, if any at all.

I concur, you should think about upgrading other aspects of your computer rather than or as well as your mother board

its just that i need to reinstall drivers and cant get my dhcp enabled...is this the chipset drivers or ethernet drivers stopping this...and i dont have the reinstall or back up discs....is it easirer just to install a new windows xp or vista to fix problem
