What form factor is this?

I found this around the house, just want to know what form factor it is, can't tell on tablet.

Does it have a product number anywhere on it?

I am thinking it is either BTX or a OEM specialty design.

Figured it out, it's microbtx. Is that compatible with atx, etc.?

no. BTX and ATX are not compatible at all. You will need a BTX case to use a BTX motherboard.
