what games?

So im curious as to what the top game is that i can play with my comp.. if that makes any sense.



1gb RAM
Intel P4 CPU 2.80 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 256mb

how bout if i uprgraded to like a 7600 or possibly higher. would that be a good big difference with a 7600?

No, not too much difference. The 6 and 7 series are like the current 8 and 9 series. Not a big difference, just slightly better performance.

I'd say upgrade your RAM first. Especially since you can get it so cheaply if you use DDR2. After that a graphics upgrade could help, but the P4 will still be an issue. I would spend at least $100 if you were to upgrade though. Something like an 8800GS would make a HUGE difference.

what i have there is only $282.83 the CPU should OC to around 2.6 - 2.8 on stock cooling. it will be a hell of alot better than your P4 rig.

E1200 and G31 would most likely overclock AND perform better... and why not just get CL4 RAM for $3 more?

You'd also probably be better off with the HD3650.
